"Service Unavailable" appears when logging in to the OfficeScan (OSCE) management console

When you try to log on to the OSCE management console, the follow error message shows:

Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

To resolve this issue, set the Enable 32-bit Applications to "False":

  1. Open the Internet Information Services Manager.
  2. Select Application Pools.
  3. Right-click the OficeScanAppPool and select Advanced Settings.
  4. Set the Enable 32-Bit Applications to False.

    Set Enable 32-Bit Applications to False

  5. Click OK.
  6. Right-click OficeScanAppPool and select Start.
