Summary

To migrate the OfficeScan database to SQL server, the administrator requires the service account to be part of domain admin group. Once the migration is complete, the administrator removes the permission on the service account due to security reasons, thus, the Ofcservice.exe stops.

To resolve this issue, add the service account to the local administrators group, not the domain admin.
