To convert the certificate's format:
  1. Log in to the Deep Security for Web Apps portal.
  2. Go to Protection > Certificates > Certificates tab. Select the specific certificate you want to convert.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Download the All-Certificates.zip file.
    All Trend Micro certificates are issued in .PEM format.
  5. Extract the zip file.
    You can change the suffix from .CRT to .PEM or vice versa without any problem. However, you cannot rename the extension of the certificate to .PFX or .DER format.
