 Problem: Unable to activate IMSVA using the  Activation Code from Customer Licensing Portal.

SOLUTION:
 
Please apply at least  Hotfix  HF 1530B or the latest Hotfix.
 
 
This hot fix adds the following enhancement:

     Enhancement: This hot fix enables InterScan Messaging Security
                  Virtual Appliance (IMSVA) 8.5 to allow users to use
                  a specific type of activation code to activate the
                  following IMSVA components:

                  - Cloud Pre-Filter
                  - Trend Micro Antivirus and Content Filter
                  - Spam Prevention Solution (SPS)
                  - IP Filtering Service
                  - Regulatory Compliance
