To resolve the issue:

  1. Disable the agent self-protection.
  2. Stop the Deep Security Agent Service.
  3. Delete or rename C:\ProgramData\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent\iaurepo.
  4. Restart the Deep Security Agent Service.
  5. Open the Deep Security Manager console.
  6. Navigate to Computer > Updates.
  7. Click Download Security Updates.
