Summary
Web page cannot be displayed properly when passing through InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance (IWSVA). However, bypassing the IWSVA enables the page to be displayed correctly.

You encounter the issue because the policy is based from LDAP group matching. However, IWSVA does not have the group information for the user, thus, falling under the default policy wherein some of the component of the website accessed is blocked.
To resolve the issue, sync up the user group information between IWSVA and LDAP server. This will update the cache and pick the correct LDAP group from the LDAP server.
- Log in to the IWSVA shell.
- Run the following command:
#sh /etc/iscan/commonldap/LdapSyncTool.sh
- Check if the web page is now displayed properly.
If the problem persists, generate CDT and contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
- Log in to the IWSVA web console.
- Go to Administration > Support.
- Follow the steps under the System Information File section.
