The https scan of Web Reputation, URL Filtering, and Approved/Blocked URLs will not work if the "Enable third-party browser extensions" option is not ticked in the Advanced section of Internet Options.

To enable the https scan:

  1. Go to Internet Options > Advanced. Tick the Enable third-party browser extensions option.

  2. Close all opened browsers and reopen them again.
  3. Visit the https site to verify that it is blocked.
