The HTTPS scan of Web Reputation, URL Filtering, and Approved/Blocked URLs will not work if the Enable third-party browser extensions option is not ticked in the Advanced section of Internet Options.
For Internet Explorer, HTTPS checking requires an additional browser add-on.
To enable the HTTPS scan:
- Go to Internet Options > Advanced.
- Tick the Enable third-party browser extensions option.
- Close all opened browsers and open them again.
- Visit an HTTPS site to verify that it is blocked.
