In the IIS manager of the SBS server, go to Sites > SMEX Website > ISAPI Filters.
Under the ISAPI Filters, remove BlueCielo URL Filter.
Once removed, restart the website and access again the Real-Time Monitor.
- If the Real-Time Monitor works, access the MSA from the WFBS management console. It should be working without any issues.
- Collect the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) log generated on the client computer. For instructions on how to get the CDT logs, refer to the KB article: How to use the CDT to collect all the information needed by Trend Micro Technical Support.
