"HTTP Error 503 - Service unavailable" error when opening the Message Security Agent (MSA) Real-Time Monitor of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS)

You see the following error when trying to open the WFBS MSA Real-Time Monitor.
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Note: This solution only applies to WFBS Advanced 8.0 and 9.0.
The issue occurs because of the BlueCielo URL Filter that should not be included in the ISAPI Filters.
To resolve the error:
  1. In the IIS manager of the SBS server, go to Sites > SMEX Website > ISAPI Filters.
  2. Under the ISAPI Filters, remove BlueCielo URL Filter.
  3. Once removed, restart the website and access again the Real-Time Monitor.
  4. If the Real-Time Monitor works, access the MSA from the WFBS management console. It should be working without any issues.

If the issue still occurs:
  1. Collect the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) log generated on the client computer. For instructions on how to get the CDT logs, refer to the KB article: How to use the CDT to collect all the information needed by Trend Micro Technical Support.
  2. Contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
