The ClientPackager of OfficeScan (OSCE) cannot create a package and the following error shows:
Runtime Error!
Program: C\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro...
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
To resolve the issue:
- Check for files with "_invalid" in the OSCE server installation folder. By default, the folder is C:\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV.
- Do one of the following depending on the applicable scenario:
- Scenario A: If there are files with "_invalid", follow the procedure in this article: Files are renamed as "_invalid" in the OfficeScan server.
- Scenario B: If the files with "_invalid" are missing, collect the CDT logs and submit it to Trend Micro Technical Support.
- Download and run the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) on OfficeScan server.
- Select the Basic debug logs for server instance.
- Collect the CDT logs in a ZIP file format.
- Send the log files to Trend Micro Technical Support or contact your Trend Micro support provider.
