Firewall and IDS columns do not have green check mark on OfficeScan web console

Summary
When you navigate to Agent Management in OfficeScan (OSCE) web console, you will notice that the Firewall and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) columns have no green check marks. This happens even when both Firewall service and IDS feature are enabled.

The is an issue in OfficeScan 11.0 Patch 1. To resolve this problem, apply the following hot fixes:
  • OfficeScan 11.0 Patch 1 Hot Fix 1491
  • OfficeScan 11.0 Patch 1 Hot Fix 1494
Contact Trend Micro Technical Support to request for these hot fixes. The two (2) hot fixes will be merged in the next patch or service pack for OfficeScan 11.0
