Opening your media files using SafeSync for Mobile

To open the media files you uploaded to your Trend Micro SafeSync storage using your iPhone or Android phone:
  1. Tap the Trend Micro SafeSync icon in the main screen to open the main console.
    Tap the SafeSync icon
  2. Sign in to your Trend Micro SafeSync account:
    1. Type your email address and Password.
    2. Tap Sign In.
    Sign in to your SafeSync account
  3. Go to the any of following the folders where you placed the file you want to view:
    • Photos
    • Videos
    • Music

    Browse your files

  4. Tap the media file to view it.
    Tap the media
    Note: The media file will open on the device compatible application.
