Summary
After applying the Service Pack 2 (SP2) for OfficeScan 10.6, you noticed that OfficeScan becomes incapable of updating its pattern files.

The root cause is that the update source for OSCE 10.6 is not updated when you installed the Service Pack 2.
Upon checking, the ofcserver.ini file shows the following:
UpdateSource=http://osce106-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
UpdateSource_Schedule=http://osce106-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
UpdateSource_Schedule=http://osce106-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate
To resolve the issue:
- Stop the OfficeScan Master Service.
- Back up the ofcserver.ini file located in ..\PCCSRV\Private\.
- Open the ofcserver.ini file using a text editor.
- Modify the following parameters:

UpdateSource_Schedule=http://osce106-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdateUpdateSource=http://osce106sp2-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate

- Restart the OfficeScan Master Service.
- Perform a manual update on your OfficeScan Server.
