The issue is caused by the cached registry settings.
To resolve the issue:

Open the Registry Editor.
Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems. - Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify.
- Delete the following registry keys:
- IconStreams
- PastIconStream
- Restart the Windows Explorer.
- Open the Task Manager.
- Click the Process tab.
- Right-click Windows Explorer and select Restart.
- Launch the OfficeScan Agent again.
