TMSM 2.1 Build 1082 supports Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
Who is Affected
Customers using WFBS 7.0/8.0/9.0 with TMSM plug-in versions 1.6.1082 and lower.
Fix Availability
Customers using lower TMSM version need to upgrade to TMSM 2.1 Build 1082. The latest TMSM version is already available through ActiveUpdate.
  1. Open the Security Server console.
  2. Go to Updates > Source and make sure Trend Micro ActiveUpdate Server is selected.
  3. Go to Updates > Manual
  4. Select all components then click Update Now.
    Note: Customers with Scheduled Update configured and already have the latest TMSM build do not need to perform the Manual Update.
  5. Restart the Trend Micro Plug-in Manager from the services applet to refresh the plug-in page.
  6. Go to Preferences > Plug-Ins.
    For existing TMSM installation using older builds, users will see two TMSM versions available as seen in this screenshot:

  7. Download and install (or upgrade) to the latest TMSM version.
    Note: There is no need to uninstall the old version prior to the upgrade.
Recommended Action
Update TMSM first before upgrading to Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
