To generate the logs, do the following steps:
Go to Start > All Programs > Trend Micro SafeSync > SafeSync Diagnostic Tool.
Read the User Agreement. If you agree, then click Continue.
Select any of the following depending on what Trend Micro Technical Support asks for:
- Advanced loggin + HTTP Logs
Click Start Diagnostic.Repeat the steps you made when you encountered the issue.
Click Collect Logs.
Then send the files to Trend Micro Technical Support.
