To generate the logs, do the following steps:
- Go to Start > All Programs > Trend Micro SafeSync > SafeSync Diagnostic Tool.
- Read the User Agreement. If you agree, then click Continue.
- Select any of the following depending on what Trend Micro Technical Support asks for:
- Basic
- Advanced loggin + HTTP Logs
- Click Start Diagnostic.
Note: Repeat the steps you made when you encountered the issue. - Click Collect Logs. Then send the files to Trend Micro Technical Support for SafeSync for Business.
