"No More Space Available" error message appears on the SafeSync main console

Summary
You receive the following error message when transferring files using Trend Micro SafeSync:

No More Space Available
“No More Space Available”
You also receive the following popup message in the system tray:

You have exceeded your storage quota
“Your SafeSync account storage is over your storage quota”
This issue happens when the allocated storage space for your Trend Micro SafeSync account is full.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Verify if you are already using the latest version of SafeSync:
    Checking if you have the latest version of Trend Micro SafeSync installed
    If your program is not the latest version, upgrade your Trend Micro SafeSync.
  2. Do any of the following:
    • Click Delete some of them.
      A browser will open your online storage where you can delete files to free up space. For instructions, check this article:
      Make sure that you also delete the files in the Recycle Bin since it is also included in the total allocated space for your Trend Micro SafeSync.
    • Click Upgrade Now or Buy more storage.
      A browser window will open a page where you can purchase the storage upgrade. For instructions, check this article:
      Increasing the online storage space of Trend Micro SafeSync
      After the successful purchase, you will need to wait for the Order Confirmation email before the storage is upgraded.
      There are also circumstances where the update to the allocated storage will take effect within the next 24 to 48 hours.
