To resolve the issue:
Ensure good connection between your computer and the server
Trend Micro may experience technical issues which can prevent the server from responding to your SafeSync program correctly.
To resolve this, make sure that the connection between your computer and the server is good. You can do this by:
- Browse the Trend Micro SafeSync website and check if the speed is fast and reliable.
- Try to reconnect to SafeSync after a couple of minutes or hours.
