"Permission Denied" error message appears when accessing a SafeSync link shared by a SafeSync user

Summary
You receive the following error message when accessing the shareable link provided by a SafeSync user:
Permission Denied
"Permission Denied
This does not seem to be the correct URL. Please verify and try again."
This happens because of the following:
  • The sender has made changes to the shareable link.
  • The shareable link is already expired.

To resolve the issue, you need to request the sender to create or generate a new link. The sender who has the SafeSync account needs to do the following:
  1. Sign in to your SafeSync account.
  2. Choose the file you want to share.
  3. Right-click on the file and choose Get link to this document
    Get link to this document
    A new link will be generated and you can now share the link to access the file.
