Summary
You receive the following error message when accessing the shareable link provided by a SafeSync user:
"Permission Denied

This happens because of the following:
- The sender has made changes to the shareable link.
- The shareable link is already expired.
Details
To resolve the issue, you need to request the sender to create or generate a new link. The sender who has the SafeSync account needs to do the following:
- Sign in to your SafeSync account.
- Choose the file you want to share.
- Right-click on the file and choose Get link to this document A new link will be generated and you can now share the link to access the file.
