Decimal mark issues in SecureCloud

Summary
You might encounter issues if you installed the SecureCloud On-Premise server in a different language other than English.
One known issue is that the key may not be delivered to the Agent if the customer chooses to manually approve keys for a computer.

The issue happens because decimal mark is different in other languages. Other languages use other symbols to represent decimal mark. For more information on decimal mark, you can refer to the following topic: Decimal mark.
To resolve the issue, change the language format under Region and Language to English (United States) and restart the IIS service particularly the SecureCloud services.
To change the Region and Language settings, refer to the following Microsoft KB article: Change the display of dates, times, currency, and measurements.
