Upgrading the SecureCloud On-Premise server fails if the installer file of the previous version is not on the same folder as the new version

You cannot upgrade the SecureCloud On-Premise server if the original installer file of the old version is not in the same folder as the latest version.

This issue happens because the installer of the new version will execute the previous installer to perform uninstallation/removal tasks.
To resolve the issue, make sure that the installer of the previous version is located in the same directory as the latest version.
The installer of the old and new versions of SecureCloud server should be the same. 
You can download the installer of the previous version at the Download Center.
