When the OfficeScan (OSCE) client's firewall is disabled, the client's firewall policy status shows "NA" in the OSCE server console's client tree.
This happens due to product design. However, you may opt to display the client's firewall policy name using this workaround:
- Locate the ofcscan.ini file under the ...\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV directory.
- Edit the ofcscan.ini file by adding the following line under the ini_server_section:
[INI_SERVER_SECTION]
ShowCFWPolicyWhenDisabled=xwhere:
"x" should be changed to "1" in order to show the firewall policy name even when the firewall is disabled.
The default value of this parameter is "0". - Save the changes.
- Refresh the console.
The firewall policy status should now display the correct data.
