You use the same email address to enroll several devices in Mobile Security (TMMS) for Enterprise.

However, you cannot separately change email address for one device because once an email address for a device is changed, other devices' email addresses are also changed.

The issue happens because you use the Invite Single User option to send email to the user. Then, the user forwards this invite email to all the End-Users. Thus, all the End-Users register their devices with the same email address. From the TMMS server view, all these devices belong to one End-User.

To resolve the issue, send different invitation email to different user:

  1. From the TMMS web console, click Devices.
  2. Go to the Managed Devices(2) tab > Invite User.
  3. Choose Invite Batch to send different invitation emails to different users.
