Summary

OfficeScan clients keep two virus patterns. As a result, OfficeScan servers cannot roll back an OfficeScan client's virus pattern to any version that is older than the second virus pattern that the OfficeScan client keeps.

Important: Hot fixes are downloadable code fixes for bugs or specific issues that occurred to specific customers. Hot fixes are meant to be interim solutions that will eventually be consolidated into a patch or service pack for your product. Trend Micro recommends applying  patches or service packs instead of individual hot fixes whenever possible.
Hot Fix Build B3320 was created to address this issue.
