Public

To prevent the gateway of the previous address from being desplayed:

  1. Stop the Master Service.
  2. Open the ofcscan.ini file using a text editor such as Notepad:
    • Under LOCATION_AWARENESS_INI_SECTION, look for the following parameters and set its value using the new Gateway IP address:

      LocationAwarenessProfile_IP0000=<new gateway ip>
      LocationProfileGatewayIP000=<new gateway ip>

    • Under LOCATION_AWARENESS_SERVER_SECTION, look for the "LocationAwarenessProfile_MAC0000" parameter and set its value using the new Gateway IP address:

      LocationAwarenessProfile_IP0000=<new gateway ip>

  3.  Save the changes and close the file.
  4. Restart the Security Server Master Service.
  5.  Log in  to the console to verify if the gateway IP has been changed.
