There is no response when you try to click the Control Program option for the Endpoint Encryption Deployment plug-in of OfficeScan.
The error occurs because the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed on the OSCE server during the Endpoint Encryption Deployment plug-in installation.
To resolve the issue:
- Install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.
- On the OfficeScan console, select Plug-ins and uninstall the Endpoint Encryption Deployment.
- Reinstall the Endpoint Encryption Deployment plug-in.
You will notice that the installation takes longer than usual. - Click again the Control Program button to use the plug-in.
