In OfficeScan (OSCE) 11.0, there is an option on the web console to postpone the Common Firewall Driver update until a client computer is restarted to avoid the disconnection issues. This feature is enabled by default.
This article provides steps on how to check if the feature is enabled or not.
To check the status:
- Open the OfficeScan Web Console.
- Navigate to Agents > Global Agent Settings.
- Go to the Firewall Settings section.
The option is "Update the OfficeScan firewall driver only after a system restart".
