You receive the following error message when trying to log in to the Web EUQ console:
Request cannot be completed. There was an internal server error or the network is down.
This issue happens when the network is unstable and the EUQ server cannot get the data.

To resolve the issue:
- Clear cache in browser.
- Reopen Browser.
- Try to log in again. Make sure that the EUQ password is correct.
If the issue persists, submit a case to Trend Micro Technical Support.
