After selecting Event Notifications of the Event Center option under Administration, a blank message is displayed in TMCM:
To resolve the issue:
- Restart services such as Trend Micro Management Infrastructure, Trend Micro Common CGI and Trend Micro Control Manager.
- If the issue still occurs, check if Trend Micro Common CGI service is running. If it has stopped, restart it.
- If Trend Micro Common CGI service hangs during start up or makes any error, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to get the instructions when reinstalling Common CGI service.
