To enable and disable the FW log:

  1. Find the cfwdbg.exe file in the OfficeScan client installation folder.
    If the file is missing, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to get a copy.
  2. Run "cfwdbg.exe -a" in a command prompt to enable the FW debug log.
  3. Type "cfwdbg.exe -D" in a command prompt to disable the FW debug log.
     
    These commands are case sensitive.
