Deactivate the firewall (FW) debug log function without rebooting or stopping the firewall service.
To enable and disable the FW log:
- Find the cfwdbg.exe file in the OfficeScan client installation folder.
If the file is missing, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to get a copy.
- Run "cfwdbg.exe -a" in a command prompt to enable the FW debug log.
- Type "cfwdbg.exe -D" in a command prompt to disable the FW debug log.
These commands are case sensitive.
