When you try to update DSVA 9.5 from build 9.5.2.2022 to 9.5.3.2754, the following message appears in the Deep Security Manager (DSM):
Smart Protection Server disconnected for Smart Scan.
After encountering the message, you attempt to delete the DSVA update package (Agent-RedHat-EL6-9.5.3-2754.x86-64) but the error below shows:
One or more Agent Software Packages could not be deleted because they are in use.
If you manually update the DSVA, it notifies that the update is in progress. However, the notification disappears after a short period of time, leaving the DSVA in its current version.
During the update, the DSVA must have a full Internet access to successfully update all repositories. The DSVA connects to the RedHat repositories to download the dependencies in order to finalize the update.
To successfully update to DSVA build 9.5.3.2754, make sure that the DSVA has unrestricted access to the Internet.
