Resetting account password for Cloud App Security (TMCAS)

  1. Go to the login page. 

    For CLP:

    1. Go to https://clp.trendmicro.com.
    2. Click Forgot your password?.

    For TM CAS login page:

    1. Access TMCAS Portal
      • For Europe                      : https://admin-eu.tmcas.trendmicro.com
      • For Other Regions          : https://admin.tmcas.trendmicro.com
    2. Click CLP Account.

  2. Provide the account ID or email address of your CLP account
  3. Type the characters (CAPTCHA) shown in the box.
  4. Click Submit.


    Customer Licensing Portal

  5. A link to reset the password will be sent to the email address used to register the CLP account.
  1. Access TMCAS login page.
  2. Click Local Account.

  3. Type the username and code shown in the box.
  4. Click Reset Password.

    Reset password

  5. A link to reset the password will be sent to the email address of the user.
     
    Administrators can also reset password using TM CAS console by going to Administration > User Management. Tick the Name of the user then click Reset Password. A link to reset the password will be sent to the email address of the user.
