The tmpatch.log shows the following error after trying to install:

The issue occurs because the SQL server's tempdb is full. For this reason, running the InsertMergedTables.exe fails.
To solve the error, restart the SQL erver and reinstall TMCM 6.0 SP3. If the issue persists, collect the tmpatch.log under C: drive.
