This can happen when SafeSync is undergoing maintenance.

The following list below contains some of SafeSync for Consumer and SafeSync for Business functions that will not be available during system maintenance:
  • Cannot activate new SafeSync Account
  • Cannot copy, add, update and delete any file on SafeSync client and web portal
  • Cannot empty cloud recycle bin
  • Cannot restore file from revision history
  • Expiration date will be hidden from web portal while subscription expired will be shown on the SafeSync program
  • Cannot get a new shareable link
  • Cannot create Team Folders
