To resolve the issue:

Log in to IWSVA command line and make sure that the following directories exist:
- /etc/iscan/log/commonlog/agent
- /iscan/log/commonlog/report
- /usr/iwss/schedule_report/log

If the above directories do not exist, create them manually.
