CGI processes such as cgiCheckIP.exe, cgiLog.exe, and CgiRecvFile.exe increase CPU load to 100% in WFBS.
To resolve the issue:

Stop Security Server Master Service.
- Go to ..\PCCSRV\temp folders and sub-folders and remove the files.
- Proceed to ..\PCCSRV\temp folders and sub-folders and edit the permissions to Full Control for Everyone.

Start the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
If the issue persists, contact Trend Micro Technical Support for further investigation.
