When trying to change your password in SSFB 5.1, the following error appears:
The website is a little busy right now, and cannot respond to your request yet. Please try again in a few minutes.
Replication:
- Click Forgot your password.
- Enter your email address and the CAPTCHA in their respective fields.
- Click the Change your password now link in the email.
- Set your new password.
- The error appears.
To resolve the change password issue:
- Go to the Customer Licensing Portal's Forgot Your Password page.
- Enter your email address and the CAPTCHA in their respective fields.
- Click the first link in the email.
- Set your new password.
- Click Submit.
You should be able to change your password without encountering any errors.
