“The website is a little busy right now…” error appears when trying to change password in SafeSync for Business (SSFB) 5.1

When trying to change your password in SSFB 5.1, the following error appears:

The website is a little busy right now, and cannot respond to your request yet. Please try again in a few minutes.

Replication:

  1. Click Forgot your password.

    SSFB 5.1 Sign In

  2. Enter your email address and the CAPTCHA in their respective fields.

    Forgot Your Password?

  3. Click the Change your password now link in the email.

    Change Your Password Now

  4. Set your new password.

    Create A New Password

  5. The error appears.

    Update Password

To resolve the change password issue:

  1. Go to the Customer Licensing Portal's Forgot Your Password page.
  2. Enter your email address and the CAPTCHA in their respective fields.

  3. Click the first link in the email.

    Reset Password

  4. Set your new password.
  5. Click Submit.

You should be able to change your password without encountering any errors.
