"the request has timed out" appears when viewing internet access log

When trying to open the detailed internet access log, the IWSVA console displays the following error:

the request has timed out

The root cause is that the log index file is corrupted. The corruption is caused by unexpected shutdown. When this happens, the log index file cannot be recovered. 
Here is the workaround to rebuild the index. After that, new logs will be shown in the console, but old logs will be lost.
As a workaround:

Stop the CommonLog service using this command

1. stop commonlog
   /etc/iscan/S99ISCommonLog stop


2. backup  /etc/iscan/commonlog_solr/solr/collection1/

3. remove  /etc/iscan/commonlog_solr/solr/collection1/
   rm -rf /etc/iscan/commonlog_solr/solr/collection1/

4.  cp -rf /etc/iscan/commonlog_solr/solr/collection0 /etc/iscan/commonlog_solr/solr/collection1

5. chown -R iscan:iscan /etc/iscan/commonlog_solr/solr/collection1

6. start commonlog
   /etc/iscan/S99ISCommonLog start
