After updating the OSCE agent from version 11.0 to 11.0 SP 1, the Agent Upgrade column displays “N/A” in the OfficeScan web console.

The Agent Upgrade field only updates after a major build upgrade (e.g. 10.6 > 11.0). The displayed “N/A” is a known issue in OSCE. To verify successful version upgrade:

  1. Open the OfficeScan web console.
  2. Go to Agents > Agent Management.
  3. Look at the Agent Program field to verify if the agents were successfully upgraded.
