The following error is displayed after creating a client package through cleanpack.exe:
CWinFileException: Error 2, Description: The system cannot find the file specified.
To resolve the CWinFileException error:
- Stop the TrendMicro Security Server Master Service.
- Go to the %WinDir%\Program Files\Officescan\Security Server\Pccnt\Common folder.
- Create a backup copy of the DWIOTraptNT.dll_invalid file.
- Rename the original file to DWIOTraptNT.dll.
- Start the Trendmicro Security Server Master Service.
- Create a client package.
