The TMMS server does not send a notification e-mail report even if the Notifications & Reports Settings have been configured. The universal_mdm.log shows the following:

The problem occurs because the Mobile Device Enrollment setting has not been checked for notification or the SMTP authentication is incorrect. To resolve the issue:
- Open Management Web Console.
- Go to Notifications & Reports Settings > User Notifications > Notifications Settings.
- Choose Mobile Device Enrollment and click Save.
- Go to Notifications & Reports Settings > Settings > Notifications Settings and check if “Authentication” is Enabled.
If yes, re-type "Username" and "Password" and then click Save.
- Restart the following TMMS services:
- Mobile Security Management Module Service
- Mobile Security Communication Server
