The workaround for this issue is any or both of the following options:
- Upgrade Internet Explorer to version 11.0
- Change the URL address of Control Manager (TMCM) from its FQDN or NetBIOS name to its IPv4 address.

If the issue persists, use the Case Diagnostic Tool and contact Trend Micro Technical Support to open a case.
