  1. Open your browser and enter the following address to go to the troubleshooting UI:

    https://<IP-OF-DDI>/html/troubleshooting.htm

  2. Go to Logs > Debug Logs > Debug Log Settings then change the log level for all modules.

  1. Open your browser and enter the following address to go to the troubleshooting UI:

    https://<IP-OF-DDI>/html/troubleshooting.htm

  2. Go to Logs > Debug Logs > Debug Log Export, select the following:

    • Export Debug Log
    • Export Configuration

  3. Click Export.

    Unless requested differently, always select to export Debug Log as well as Configuration when opening support tickets to allow engineers to get a better understanding of your DDI and setup.

For DDI version 3.8 SP2, you can selectively collect logs for specific days.

Select at least the last 2 days or more if you have reproduced the problem before that.
