Know the steps on how to gather debug logs from DDI 3.6/ 3.7/ 3.8.

Open your browser and enter the following address to go to the troubleshooting UI:
https://<IP-OF-DDI>/html/troubleshooting.htm

Go to Logs > Debug Logs > Debug Log Export, select the following:
- Export Debug Log
- Export Configuration

Click Export.

Unless requested differently, always select to export Debug Log as well as Configuration when opening support tickets to allow engineers to get a better understanding of your DDI and setup.
For DDI version 3.8 SP2, you can selectively collect logs for specific days.
Select at least the last 2 days or more if you have reproduced the problem before that.
