Know the steps on how to gather debug logs from IMSVA

  1. Open your browser and enter the following address:

    https://IMSVA_IP:8445

  2. Go to Logs > Settings > Log Settings.

    Go to Logs > Settings

  3. Under the Log files section, select Debug on the Application log detail level dropdown menu.

    Choose Debug

  4. Click Save.

    Click Save

  1. Open your browser and enter the following address:

    https://IMSVA_IP:8445

  2. Go to Administration > Import/Export.

    Import/Export

  3. Under the Exporting criteria or detail, choose the Scanner you want to export logs from on the Scanner dropdown menu.

    Choose Scanner

  4. Select a number from the Number of days to export dropdown menu.

    Choose Number of days to export

  5. Click Export.

    Click export

  6. Wait until CDT is generated.

    Wait until CDT is generated

    Click Download to download CDT locally to your computer.

    Click Download

  7. Submit the collected debug logs to Trend Micro Technical Support.
     
    The log file is password-protected and meant to be reviewed by Trend Micro Technical Support.
