You encounter the following error during the installation of OSCE 11.0 b1028:

The description for Event ID (8033) in Source (Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client) could not be found.
Either the component that raises this event is not installed on the computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component or try to change Description Server.
The following information was included with the event (insertion strings):
Crash of the system with dumps:
The previous system shutdown at 14:57:25 on ?28.?10.?2015 was unexpected.

To resolve the issue, make sure that the Windows OS is fully-operational in terms of DNS functionality:

  1. Go to the Start menu.
  2. Open a command window using Command Prompt.
  3. Execute the following command: nslookup OSCE sever domain name.

Make sure that the domain name has been resolved.
