The description for Event ID (8033) in Source (Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client) could not be found.
Either the component that raises this event is not installed on the computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component or try to change Description Server.

To resolve the issue, make sure that the Windows OS is fully-operational in terms of DNS functionality:

  1. Go to the Start menu.
  2. Open a command window using Command Prompt.
  3. Execute the following command: nslookup OSCE sever domain name.

Make sure that the domain name has been resolved.
