When the notify entity is about to be removed, OSCE searches for the notification in queue. This will stop searching and will ignore the duplicated entity that will cause the leak.

To solve the system memory issue:

  1. Under the OSCE server installation directory, go to the ..\PCCSRV folder.
  2. Open the ofcscan.ini file.
  3. Under the [INI_SERVER_SECTION] section, add the following parameter:

      Max_Search_Queue=-1

  4. Save and close the ofcscan.ini file.
  5.  Restart the OSCE Master Service.
