After installing OSCE clients/agents, the Logon User information is shown as "N/A" in the web console's agent or client tree of OSCE 11.0 SP1 Build 4268, even when the OSCE clients are logged on and joined to the domain.
The issue may be caused by improper synchronization of the clients’ data with the OSCE server’s database, or by non-English characters in the logon user’s name. To resolve it:
- Request for OSCE 11.0 SP1 Hot Fix Build 4828 from Trend Micro Technical Support.
- Apply the hot fix to the OSCE server.
- Deploy it to all OSCE client machines.
