The issue may be caused by improper synchronization of the clients’ data with the OSCE server’s database, or by non-English characters in the logon user’s name. To resolve it:

  1. Request for OSCE 11.0 SP1 Hot Fix Build 4828 from Trend Micro Technical Support.
  2. Apply the hot fix to the OSCE server.
  3. Deploy it to all OSCE client machines.
