The error may happen on new SSFE 3.2 server installations.

To prevent the issue, at least one (1) storage device should be added first to SSFE before uploading files.

  1. On the SSFE console, go to Administration > Storage Management. The Storage Management screen appears.
  2. Click Add under the Storage tab. The Add Storage screen appears.
  3. Select the type of storage to be added.
  4. Proceed to finish the procedure.
