A potential concern has been reported wherein OSCE agents installed on a Windows 10 platform encounter the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when enabling Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services.

A current DLP leverage on a Windows 10 module may cause the BSOD issue. Trend Micro has released the following hot fixes to prevent this potential issue:

  • OfficeScan 11.0 Service Pack 1 Hot Fix Build 6085
  • OfficeScan 10.6 Service Pack 3 Hot Fix Build 6011
