To resolve this issue:
- Access the Licensing Management Platform.
- Go to the Users & Licenses > Customers > [Company Name] > Licenses tab.
- Select the <Product/Service> that is not showing up from the managed product list in Remote Manager.
- Make sure that the desired Product/Service is enabled/checked.
[Company Name] refers to the actual company name. Ex. Trend Micro Inc.
<Product/Service> refers to the product/service with the issue. Ex. Trend Micro Hosted Email Security
- Once the product/service is enabled, you can now view, manage, and access the service console from Remote Manager's Customers > Customer Name > Products tab.
