When upgrading to OfficeScan XG, a warning is displayed if the previous OfficeScan server version has the Apache web server configured. OfficeScan no longer supports the Apache web server.
- If you installed the Apache web server using the Setup program in the previous version of OfficeScan, OfficeScan can automatically uninstall the web server and install the IIS web server during installation.
- If you manually installed the Apache web server before installing the previous version of OfficeScan, you must manually uninstall the Apache web server before continuing to upgrade the OfficeScan server.
After the upgrade, the following message appears after opening the management console:
Unable to display data because of an unknown error. Please try again later.
Clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue.

After starting the World Wide Web Publishing Service and OfficeScan website, you should be able to access the management console properly.
